Cucurbit seed for sowing requiring testing for plant viruses

This case describes the requirements for the importation of cucurbit seed for sowing that require testing for cucumber green mottle mosaic virus (CGMMV), melon necrotic spot virus (MNSV), kyuri green mottle mosaic virus (KGMMV), zucchini green mottle mosaic virus (ZGMMV) and Phomopsis cucurbitae (black rot). Species of seeds that are hosts of these viruses require inspection and testing before being released from biosecurity control. Seed that is host of black rot requires fungicidal treatment.
