This case applies to importation of heat processed animal based flavours or floss containing meat derived from mammals, birds, reptiles, fish (including elasmobranchs/sharks), crustaceans (including prawns), molluscs and aquatic animals. This case may include items such as pasta, spaghetti, egg noodles, commercially packaged noodles or instant noodles. Please note that this case applies to noodles derived from plant material only and noodles containing egg. If you are importing a composite product that includes ingredients other than egg, you must search BICON for each individual ingredient to determine the conditions that apply. For food products including pasta and noodles containing equal to or greater than 10% egg (excluding meat) refer to the BICON case Egg and egg products for human consumption.
