Is the Allium being imported unprocessed or semi-processed?
Unprocessed is defined as whole and unpeeled produce.
Semi-processed commodities are restricted to:
chilled, peeled and washed garlic cloves
chilled, peeled and washed onion bulbs
chilled, peeled and washed shallot bulbs
