Which option does the importer choose to ensure that the seed/grain is devitalised?

If the importer elects to have their manufacturing/treatment details assessed, a permit assessing officer will determine if the treatment details provided satisfactorily demonstrate that the seed/grain has been devitalised. The outcome of this assessment will determine if they can issue a permit that does/does not require treatment on arrival.
