Import Conditions

Import conditions define the biosecurity requirements which must be met for your import. Where import conditions have been developed, they will be listed below.

  1. From 1 September 2018, the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources introduced seasonal measures to manage the risk of Brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB) for target high risk and target risk goods shipped as sea cargo from target risk countries. These seasonal measures apply for goods shipped on or between 1 September and 30 April inclusive.

The BICON case for Hitchhiker Pests is currently under construction to reflect these measures. Please refer to the departments website for further information.
