Are the truffles being imported frozen or dried?

Entry is restricted to the following frozen truffle species only:

  1. Tuber melanosporum (Périgord black truffle),

  2. Tuber magnatum (Italian white truffle),

  3. Tuber aestivum (synonym: T. uncinatum; burgundy or English truffle),

  4. Tuber borchii (synonym: T. albidum; spring white truffle or bianchetto spring truffle).
