The import conditions contained in this BICON case have been suspended pending the implementation of emergency quarantine measures for the bacterial pathogen, Xylella fastidiosa. Information regarding the emergency measures, which affects imported nursery stock including tissue cultures, are provided on the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources website.

As a result of the suspension, import permit applications for species contained in this BICON case will not be accepted. Importers wishing to import plant species in this BICON case will be required to contact the department.
