Present all documentation
The importer or nominated agent must present all required documentation to the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry as part of the import procedure.

Inspection
The seed is subject to an inspection by a biosecurity officer.

Treatment
The goods require phosphine fumigation at 1.0-1.5g/m³ for 10 days at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C. At the completion of the fumigation, the phosphine concentration must be at least 0.1g/m³. Phosphine should not be used at 15°C or below.
