BICON System Outage Planned Maintenance

The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources will be performing maintenance of its internal IT systems from 21:00 Friday 9th March to 02:00 Saturday 10th March 2018 (AEDT).
BICON will be available during this time. However, you may encounter error messages when submitting permit applications or paying for previously submitted permit applications.
The department recommends that you do not attempt to submit permit applications, or pay for previously submitted permit applications during this time.
