Planned system maintenance

The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources will be performing maintenance of some of its IT applications between 9:00pm (AEDT) and 11:30pm (AEDT) Friday 6th October 2017.
BICON will be available during this time, however users may encounter a brief outage of approximately 30 seconds during this period. If you do experience an outage, please wait one minute and then re-launch BICON.
