The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources is conducting urgent BICON system maintenance. Due to this, some users may experience difficulty accessing the BICON website between 8:00pm and 8:15pm AEST on Tuesday 19th September 2017.
For those users experiencing difficutly accessing BICON during this outage period, please await the conclusion of this outage before re-attempting connection.
