Planned System Maintenance

The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources will be performing maintenance of its internal IT systems from 9:30pm Friday 8th September to 2:00am Saturday 9th September (AEST).
BICON will be available during this time. However, you may encounter error messages when attempting to submit a permit application, pay for a previously submitted permit application or review invoices.
The department recommends that you do not attempt to submit permit applications, or pay for previously submitted permit applications during this time.
