The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources will be performing maintenance of its internal IT systems from 8:00pm (AEST) Friday 9 September to 1:00am (AEST) Saturday 10 September 2016.
BICON will be available during this time. However, you may encounter issues when accessing documents (e.g. import permits, invoices and receipts) and interacting with financial systems. The department recommends that you do not attempt to submit or pay for permit applications during this time.
The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources will also be performing maintenance of the BICON system from 9:00am (AEST) Saturday 10 September to 5:00pm (AEST) Saturday 10 September 2016.
BICON will be unavailable during this time. Please ensure that you complete and submit any in progress import permit applications prior to this outage.
