The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources wishes to advise that the users of the BICON system may experience issues when attempting to retrieve invoices, permits or other attachments. Users may also notice a delay in the submission of new permit applications, this may present as the application retaining a Submitting status.
The department is aware of this issue, it is currently being investigated and resolution will be provided as soon as possible, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please note that applications which have been paid and retain the Submitting status will be processed correctly once a resolution to this issue is provided.
