Planned system maintenance

The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources will be performing maintenance of its internal IT systems from 8:00pm (AEDT) Friday 10 June to 2:00am (AEDT) Saturday 11 June 2016.
BICON will be available during this time. However, you may encounter issues when accessing documents (e.g. import permits, invoices and receipts) and interacting with financial systems. The department recommends that you do not attempt to submit or pay for permit applications during this time.
