The BICON system will not be available for industry clients and the public from 7.00pm AEST on the 15th of June 2016 until 6.00am AEST on the 16th of June 2016 to facilitate changes for the implementation of the new Biosecurity Act. The department advises users who may have saved incomplete permit applications and variation requests that they should finalise these prior to 7pm on the 15th June to ensure that you do not lose any partially completed work.
