The issue identified last week with the link provided to the Non-Commodity case has now been resolved, each time you navigate to this case from the search results screen you will be taken to the current version of the case.
A minor issue has been discovered with the BICON web application and is under investigation:
(a) 'Email current scenario' in the Bookmark Options page emails an incorrect URL
If you email a current case scenario from within the Bookmark Options screen, it will incorrectly include the address of the department's internal web site in the URL, which cannot be accessed by Industry.
The workaround is to use the 'Email current scenario' option available under 'Case Options'.
There are also reported instances of the email current scenario not opening up an email client correctly. Please advise us if you experience this and provide us the steps to reproduce the incident.
(b) The same Alerts are being displayed multiple times in the Alert list
If an Alert has been created against a particular import case, it is being duplicated each time that import case is updated. The content of the Alert remains unchanged and will always retain the correct expiry date.
