Planned system maintenance

The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources will be performing maintenance of its internal IT systems from 8:00pm (AEDT) Friday 12 February to 2:00am (AEDT) Saturday 13 February.
BICON will be available during this time. However, you may encounter issues when accessing account functions and interacting with financial systems. The department recommends that you do not attempt to pay for submitted permit applications during this time.
