Unplanned Service Disruption - BICON invoices

The Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption. As a result, clients are unable to submit new applications, view invoices, or pay for previously submitted applications.
This issue is being investigated as a priority and the department will advise once resolved. The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
