BICON Issue: Invoices and Permits

The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources wishes to advise that the users of the BICON system may experience issues when attempting to retrieve invoices, permits or other attachments. Users may also notice a delay in the submission of new permit applications.
The department is aware of this issue, it is currently being investigated and resolution will be provided as soon as possible, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
This issue was resolved on 3 December 2015.
