Two minor issues have been discovered with the BICON web application that are under investigation:
(c) The non-commodity link provided at the top of each set of search results will when clicked open a superseded version (identified by the effective date range in the case title) of the Non-Commodity Cargo Clearance case.
If you would like to view the current non-commodity case, then either search for it in the Quick Search, or open the non-commodity case from the top of a search result, click on 'History' under the Case details, and select the case marked as current.
However, there are no material differences between the superseded and current Non-Commodity Cargo Clearance cases. The case was updated as a consequence of updating a referenced unaccompanied personal effect case to fix an incorrect link to a Customs B534 form.
(d) 'Email current scenario' in the Bookmark Options page emails an incorrect URL
If you email a current case scenario from within the Bookmark Options screen, it will incorrectly include the address of the department's internal web site in the URL, which cannot be accessed by Industry.
The workaround is to use the 'Email current scenario' option available under 'Case Options'.
There are also reported instances of the email current scenario not opening up an email client correctly. Please advise us if you experience this and provide us the steps to reproduce the incident.
