The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources will be performing maintenance of its internal IT systems from 7.30pm Friday 13 November to 6pm Saturday 14 November (AEDT).
BICON will be available for use between 7.30pm Friday 13 November and 9am Saturday 14 November. However, there is a possibility that you may experience intermittent issues when completing permit applications or managing existing applications, invoices and permits from the Permits main-menu option.
BICON will be unavailable for use for a period of time between 9am and 6pm on Saturday 14 November. During this time you may not be able to access BICON.
