BICON Service Disruption

The department is conducting I.T. infrastructure maintenance from 20:00 Friday 19 June to 01:00 Monday 22 June 2020 (AEST).
The BICON system will be unable to send system-generated emails during this time, which will prevent users from completing the following:
• Register for a single user account
• Upgrade, join or manage a multiple-user account
• Reset password
BICON users will also encounter error messages when attempting to create new permit applications during this planned maintenance period.
