Unplanned system outage

The Department of Agriculture is currently investigating reported issues where clients are not able to submit and pay for permit applications or retrieve invoices through the BICON system.

BICON is currently available for use.  However, there is a possibility that you may experience intermittent issues completing permit applications, retrieving an invoice or attempting to make payment via BICON.
