Planned system maintenance

The Department of Agriculture will be performing maintenance of its internal IT systems from 3pm Tuesday 13 October to 12pm Thursday 15 October.
BICON will be available during this time. However, there is a possibility that you may experience intermittent issues when completing permit applications or managing existing applications and permits from the Permits main-menu option. If you experience issues, please contact the department on 1800 900 090 (option 1, then 6, then 5).
