Did you know that BICON has a Contact Us function?
You can use this option if you would like to ask a question, offer a suggestion on how to improve the content or request a system enhancement.
BICON will create a service request and give you an identification number so you can track a response or resolution.
You can access the Contact Us function from the main menu at the top of any BICON screen.
You can also contact the department about your application.
From your BICON account. Open your permit application and select Contact us about the Application
