BICON System Impacted Planned Maintenance

The department is undertaking changes to the BICON system's online payment portal.
Due to this change:
- The BICON internal and external websites will be unavailable for five hours and twenty minutes from 23:30 Thursday 12th July to 04:50 Friday 13th July 2018 (AEST).
- BICON’s online payment portal will be re-enabled upon the completion of the outage period.
Action
The department advises clients to save any open import permit applications prior to this outage commencing.
