BICON System Outage
Effective 27/06/2018 to 6/07/2018

BICON online payments unavailable from 20:30 Wednesday 27th June (AEST) until further notice.

The BICON online payment portal will be unavailable from 20:30 Wednesday 27th June (AEST) until further notice.

To make a payment for your import permit application, you will need to:

1. Submit your permit application in BICON using the ‘Submit without payment’ option to receive an invoice.

2. Contact the Accounts Receivable Helpdesk on the next business day and quote your BICON invoice number to make a credit card payment.

3. Alternatively, you can pay by direct deposit* or cheque and credit card via mail. Details of these alternative options can be found on the back of your BICON invoice.

*Note that direct deposits can take up to 48 hours to be received and processed.
